U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has announced the successful capture of a criminal alien in Chicago who was wanted on an active, high-priority warrant classified as armed and dangerous.
The fugitive, an illegal alien from Mexico, was located and apprehended by CBP officers in the city.
The operation closed the chapter on a criminal who had repeatedly run afoul of the law. CBP stated the arrest was “GAME OVER” for the subject.
History of Drug and Alcohol Offenses
The arrested man has a history of serious criminal convictions in the United States, primarily related to drug use and distribution. According to official records, the individual served significant prison time between 2020 and 2023 for:
- Two separate convictions for possession of a controlled substance.
- One conviction for a drug and alcohol-related DUI (Driving Under the Influence).
The individual was arrested and is now in federal custody due to the active warrant and his status as a criminal illegal alien. The successful apprehension ensures the man faces justice for the outstanding warrant and will be processed for removal from the United States.
