Community Safety Awareness
Violent vehicle ambushes place extreme stress on local neighborhoods and require immediate, practical safety habits for residents.
Maintain Situational Awareness: Always scan your surroundings before entering or sitting in a parked vehicle, especially during low-light hours like dawn and dusk.
Keep Doors Locked: Ensure your vehicle doors remain locked the moment you step inside, keeping windows rolled up completely while parked.
Compliance Over Property: If confronted by armed individuals demanding your vehicle, prioritize your personal safety by surrendering the property immediately without resistance.
