Expressing her enthusiasm ahead of the performance, Tems said:

“We are going to bring the world together for a beautiful moment, to celebrate football, feel the unity that music brings, and improve the lives of millions of children through the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund. I can’t wait, see you at the Club World Cup final!”

This groundbreaking performance will not only place Tems on a global stage in front of millions but also symbolize the rising influence of African music on international platforms. Known for her soulful voice, introspective lyrics, and genre-blending sound, Tems has consistently pushed boundaries and gained global recognition, including a Grammy win and collaborations with top international stars.

Now, her upcoming appearance at one of the most prestigious events in world football further cements her place as a cultural ambassador for Nigeria and Africa at large.

The final of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup promises to be more than just a sporting event, it will be a celebration of global unity, culture, and music, with Tems at the heart of it all.
