Samsung Smart TV owners are reporting widespread issues with the Smart Hub feature, which allows access to streaming apps and other online services.
The TVs display an error message stating, “The server is under maintenance. Please try again later (0-1).”
This problem has left many users unable to use apps like Peacock, Hulu, and YouTube, though some report that Netflix still works, as it routes through its own servers.
The outage appears to have started after a power disruption for some users, while others noticed it after routine use.
Users have tried troubleshooting steps like restarting the TV, resetting the Smart Hub, and switching to mobile hotspots, but the error persists. S
ocial media posts and online forums suggest thousands of users worldwide, from the U.S. to Brazil, are experiencing the same issue.
Samsung has not yet released an official statement about the outage or provided a timeline for when the Smart Hub servers will be back online.
