Isaiah Chance, aka Rapper Gudda Zay, Linked to Julio Foolio Murder Case
Jacksonville rapper “Gudda Zay” has been charged with the alleged murder of Julio Foolio, along with two other people; police claim they are part of ATK/1200.
Isaiah Chance, Alicia Andrews, and Sean Gathright are the three people arrested thus far. The remaining two suspects, who police believe committed the shooting alongside Gathright, are still at large.
The five people are charged with first-degree murder.
Chance and Andrews traveled to Tampa and were involved in the planning of the attack, according to the police, even though they did not participate in the actual shooting.
During the news conference, Hillsborough State Attorney Suzy Lopez stated that all five suspects could spend the rest of their lives behind bars if found guilty.
“In Florida if you participate in the planning of a murder, you can be held accountable for the person’s death,” Lopez said.
“They all had one purpose in coming to Tampa, and that was to kill.”
The five suspects have also been charged with conspiracy to commit murder. Gathright, Rashad Murphy, and Davion Murphy are charged with three additional counts of attempted murder for the other victims of the shooting.
Police also accused Gathright of tampering with physical evidence.
