Sony has officially revealed the PlayStation 5 Pro console will be released on Nov. 7 and will cost $699.99 (€799.99/£699.99).

In a presentation by lead architect Mark Cerny, Sony outlined the key technical features of the PS5 Pro.
The three major upgrades include a more powerful graphics processing unit, enhanced ray tracing capabilities, and AI-powered upscaling, all designed to provide more detailed visuals at 60 frames per second.
The PS5 Pro will be a digital-only model by default, but users can purchase a separate disc drive for $79.99 (€119.99/£99.99) and attach it if needed.
Additional features include Wi-Fi 7 support in compatible regions, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) compatibility, 8K resolution support, and a 2TB SSD.
