Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a young woman on Chicago’s West Side.

She also leaves behind a “beautiful nephew” that she blessed the family with.
“It’s unimaginable to think that I won’t hear your voice again or have you by my side,” the post continued.
The sibling expressed a deep sense of loss, wishing they could tell her they would get through anything together.
“I will miss you forever,” the message read.
“I will carry your love with me for the rest of my life.”
Others who knew the victim from the neighborhood also shared their grief online.
“I’m too lost for words,” one family friend wrote.
The friend recalled watching the young woman “grow up on the blocks.”
They described Fleming as a “very shy” and “laid back” person.
The friend extended their “deepest condolences” to the family during this time of bereavement.
