A 25-year-old man lost his life Sunday morning during a shooting inside a Little Village home.
Chicago Police responded to the 2100-block of South Trumbull Avenue around 8:05 a.m.
The victim was inside a residence when he became involved in an argument with another man.

During the dispute, the unidentified suspect pulled out a handgun.
The gunman fired at the victim, striking him three times in the chest.
Emergency responders rushed the 25-year-old to Mt. Sinai Hospital.

Medical staff later pronounced the man dead at the facility.
The shooter fled the scene immediately after the gunfire.

As of Sunday afternoon, Chicago Police confirmed that nobody is in custody.
Area Four Detectives are currently leading the homicide investigation.
