A video circulating on social media shows activists and shoppers hounding Border Patrol Chief Greg Bovino at a Target in St. Paul, Minnesota.
The footage, captured Sunday, shows Bovino and a caravan of federal agents being berated as they stopped at the retail store for a restroom break.
News2Share editor-in-chief Ford Fisher published the video, which shows Bovino quickly exiting the men’s restroom and heading for the store exit.
A group of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents surrounded the chief, with at least one agent filming the angry crowd.
Shoppers and protesters followed the group through the aisles, shouting profanities and calling Bovino a “coward.”
“Get out! Nobody wants you here!” one person shouted as the agents moved toward the parking lot.

The confrontation comes during a period of high tension following the recent murder of 37-year-old Renee Good in Minneapolis.
Good, a mother and U.S. citizen, was killed last week, sparking nationwide outrage and protests against current immigration enforcement.
The tragedy has led to public calls for Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem to resign or face impeachment.
Senator Reuben Gallego criticized the agents’ presence on social media, accusing them of intentionally creating tension in the community.
Gallego argued that families shopping on a Sunday morning should not have to encounter armed, masked federal agents.
“Target on a Sunday morning is not a war zone,” Gallego posted on X, stating that treating it as such led to the hostile encounter.
