Chicago police have issued a community alert following a string of commercial burglaries in the Logan Square and Humboldt Park neighborhoods.
Over the last week, three separate businesses were targeted by a group of men who broke in through rear doors or smashed windows to steal cash.
According to the 14th District (Shakespeare) police, the thieves focused on change machines, cash registers, and office cash boxes.
In a bold move during one of the break-ins, the suspects stole the entire DVR system to remove any video evidence of the crime.

Suspect Information
The suspects are described as three men wearing dark clothing and gloves.
They were seen driving a white 4-door sedan with a black roof.
No license plate information is currently available.
Police are urging local business owners to secure their windows, verify that surveillance cameras are recording, and report any suspicious activity to 911 immediately.
