A late-night shooting in the Englewood neighborhood left one man dead and three others injured early Wednesday morning.
According to the Chicago Police, the incident occurred just after midnight in the 7000-block of South Halsted Street.
Four men were standing outside when two unidentified gunmen approached the group and opened fire.
One victim, whose identity has not yet been released, was shot in the head.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Three other men were caught in the gunfire:

A 27-year-old man sustained a gunshot wound to the leg. He is currently in good condition at the University of Chicago Medical Center.

A 38-year-old man suffered a graze wound to his arm and is also in good condition at the same hospital.

A 33-year-old man received a graze wound to his arm but declined medical treatment.
Crime scene footage showed a heavy police presence surrounding a convenience store parking lot, which was cordoned off with yellow tape.
Investigators recovered multiple shell shots from the pavement.
As of Wednesday morning, no suspects are in custody.
Area One detectives are currently reviewing surveillance footage and investigating the motive behind the attack.
