A woman was found dead near a Schaumburg shopping center on Tuesday morning in what police are calling a domestic-related incident.
Schaumburg police confirmed they received a call about a disturbance around 5:25 a.m. in the 100-block of South Roselle Road.
Upon arrival, officers found a woman dead at the scene. A man who was present was immediately taken into custody.
Police said the two individuals knew each other, and they believe the incident is domestic-related.
