Joy Raimi Mojisola Crowned Miss World Nigeria 2025, Set to Represent Nigeria on Global Stage

24-year-old Joy Raimi Mojisola has been crowned Miss World Nigeria 2025, earning the prestigious title after a dazzling grand finale held over the weekend in Lagos.

Representing Osun State, the beauty queen rose above fierce competition to emerge as the winner of the highly anticipated national pageant.

The contest began with 37 contestants representing each state across Nigeria, all vying for the crown. After several rounds of competition showcasing elegance, intelligence, poise, and talent, the field was narrowed down to 20 finalists.

In the intense final round, Raimi competed against strong contenders from Ebonyi, Abuja, Abia, and Imo States. Her grace, eloquence, and charisma ultimately won the judges over, securing her the crown and the responsibility of representing Nigeria on the global stage.

As Miss World Nigeria 2025, Joy Raimi Mojisola will represent the country at the 72nd Miss World pageant scheduled to take place in India from May 7 to 31. She will join contestants from 140 countries around the world in what promises to be one of the most competitive editions of the international event.

Raimi’s win marks a major milestone in her career and brings pride to Osun State and Nigeria at large. With her radiant personality and impressive intellect, fans and pageant enthusiasts are optimistic about her chances of making a mark at the global competition.

Speaking after her coronation, the newly crowned queen expressed gratitude to the organisers, her supporters, and fellow contestants. “This is a dream come true. I promise to represent Nigeria with honor, beauty, and brains,” she said.

With the Miss World crown in sight, all eyes will now be on Joy Raimi Mojisola as she begins preparations to showcase Nigeria’s culture, values, and brilliance on the world stage.
