In the clip, an elderly woman asks a young man to help carry her hand luggage for the entire trip. The young man politely says no.
The video shows the woman explaining that airport staff already took her bag, but she needs help getting it back.
The man explains he can only take one bag on board. He repeats that he cannot manage two pieces of luggage. The woman keeps asking, but he stays calm and sticks to his decision.
The clip ends with the man saying, “Sorry, ma’am, thank you” as the woman walks away.

Another said: “No matter who you are, young or old it is advisable never to carry any luggage for anyone for your own safety and the safety of others. Saying no to such request is not been rude or disrespectful but been security conscious. Even collecting a parcel to help deliver abroad is risky especially when you don’t know the content or package it yourself. If your luggage is too heavy then check it in or cargo it rather than put someone else in trouble.”
