A Chicago jury has convicted Lawrence Boyle of first-degree murder for the strangulation death of Sierra Jamison.
Jamison, a 30-year-old mother and phlebotomist, was found dead in a South Side garage in September 2023. She had just celebrated her birthday.

The victim’s mother discovered Jamison in the garage outside the home she was renting with her 6-year-old son in the 7800-block of South Indiana Avenue.
Boyle was found guilty on two counts of first-degree murder. He is currently scheduled to appear in court on January 5 for pre-sentencing motions.
