Peller grew up in the Lagos mainland and completed his primary and secondary education there. After completing his secondary school education, he went on to attend Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in Ogbomosho, Nigeria. He pursued a four-year program in chemical engineering and successfully graduated from the university.

In 2003, Peller served in Abia State to complete the National Youth Service Corps’ one-year requirement for all Nigerian graduates. Following this, he went on to earn a master’s degree in business administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in 2013.
