Reports indicate that she discovered him foaming at the mouth and immediately called 911.

The chilling details of the 911 call revealed that Williams initially thought Quan was just asleep on the couch, as she covered him with a blanket before leaving. Upon her return, she realized something was wrong when she found he had no pulse and was not breathing.

Tearfully, she told the operator, “I don’t feel a heartbeat. I don’t see him breathing.” Williams also mentioned that when she turned him over, she noticed he was foaming at the mouth.
