U.S. Border Patrol agents successfully apprehended a high-priority criminal alien, a Polish national wanted for narcotics trafficking, fraud, and leading an organized crime group in Poland, during an enforcement operation on October 31, 2025.
The fugitive, whose identity was not immediately released, had reportedly entered the U.S. through a fraudulent marriage using a false identity to evade justice in his home country.
International Crime and Investigative Work
Federal officials confirmed that agents, utilizing sharp investigative work and international cooperation, successfully tracked down the individual and confirmed his extensive criminal record in Poland.
The arrest is a major victory for the Border Patrol’s ongoing effort to remove dangerous international fugitives regardless of where they hide.
In a statement following the arrest, Border Patrol emphasized their commitment to relentless enforcement:
“No matter the country. No matter the crime. The #GreenMachine will continue finding them.”
The arrest underscores the sophisticated methods used by international criminals to establish residency in the U.S. via fraud, as well as the federal government’s increasing success in penetrating and disrupting these tactics.
The individual is currently in federal custody pending further immigration and criminal proceedings.
