Iconic Nigerian hitmaker Olamide Baddo has dropped the visuals for ‘Billionaires Club’, his star-studded collaboration with Afrobeats heavyweight Wizkid and British-Nigerian rap sensation Darkoo.
Released on August 14, 2025, the music video directed by acclaimed filmmaker Jyde Ajala is a cinematic display of the glamorous superstar lifestyle. Viewers are treated to striking scenes of esoteric skeet shooting, the puff of expensive Cuban cigars, and a parade of luxury cars, all wrapped in the confident energy of three artists at the peak of their game.
The track marks another chapter in the longstanding musical chemistry between Olamide and Wizkid, who first joined forces 15 years ago on the breakout hit ‘Omo To Shan’. Their synergy continues to shine, with ‘Billionaires Club’ standing as one of the standout tracks from Olamide’s self-titled album, released June 18, 2025. The project, his 11th solo and 15th overall, captures a more relaxed and reflective Olamide; an artist creating music for pure pleasure rather than just commercial drive.
In a candid conversation with content creator Korty EO, the YBNL founder revealed that while he is celebrated as a rapper, his love for music transcends genre boundaries. “I refuse to be restricted to making only hip hop songs,” he said. Olamide also acknowledged that while the business side of music can make the creative process more demanding, he prefers balancing both worlds over being solely a creative.
With ‘Billionaires Club’, Olamide, Wizkid, and Darkoo don’t just deliver a song, they give fans a front-row seat to the lifestyle, charisma, and artistry that have kept them at the top of the game.
