Gunshots rang out early Saturday morning in the south suburbs.
The violence happened outside Que Ball Billiards & Bar in Bridgeview.
Police responded to the scene at 7735 South Harlem Avenue around 2:30 a.m.
Officers discovered two men suffering from gunshot wounds.
Paramedics rushed both victims to nearby hospitals for emergency treatment.
One of the men later died from his injuries.
The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the deceased as 31-year-old Juan Rendon.

Rendon was a resident of nearby Oak Lawn.
The second victim, whose age remains unknown, is currently in stable condition.
He is recovering from his wounds at Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn.
Investigators confirmed at least one victim was inside the pool hall before the shooting began.
The confrontation then moved outside to the area near the entrance.
Bridgeview police have not released a description of the shooter.
No suspects are currently in custody according to official reports.
Yellow crime scene tape surrounded the parking lot for several hours on Saturday.
Detectives are currently reviewing surveillance footage from businesses along Harlem Avenue.
