New video footage has emerged showing actress Tara Reid at a suburban Chicago hotel bar on the evening she claimed she was drugged there.
The video, obtained by ABC7 Chicago through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), captures Reid drinking and talking with a man at the bar inside the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Rosemont, near O’Hare airport, two weeks ago.
The footage later shows a concerning scene: Reid is seen falling out of a wheelchair in the hotel lobby, surrounded by individuals attempting to assist her. The American Pie actress was subsequently taken to the hospital, where she claimed that someone had tampered with her drink.
However, police authorities confirmed they found no evidence to substantiate the drugging claim following their investigation.
In a recent statement released via her spokesperson, Reid asserted her honesty, saying she “does not remember anything after her first drink.” The actress concluded her statement by requesting “privacy and compassion” during this period. The new video adds a crucial layer to the ongoing public discussion surrounding the incident.
