American rapper and YouTuber, Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., also known as DDG, recently hinted at the possibility of relocating to Lagos, Nigeria, or London, amid growing dissatisfaction with life in the United States.

In a post shared on his X handle, DDG expressed uncertainty about continuing his life in the U.S., citing the current state of the country as less appealing to him.

“America lowkey not it no more ngl. Might have to move to London or Lagos,” DDG wrote.

His remarks come during a time of intense wildfires in Los Angeles, which have caused widespread destruction and loss of life. While DDG did not directly link his thoughts to the ongoing disasters, many online speculated that the chaos in LA could have influenced his consideration of relocating abroad.

Although it remains unclear if DDG is seriously considering the move or if it’s more of a passing thought, his statement has sparked conversations about the challenges many Americans face with current events.
