Is GTBank having network issues today? Users complain over failed Transactions
There have been several complaints from users about failed transactions on Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB) as the bank’s network appears to be down.
The reason for the network outage is unknown at this time because the bank has not issued a statement.
A Twitter user complained; “Am I the only one or @gtbank is just not working this morning? No SMS alert, my balance did not increase after moving money to the account, ussd is not working, everything is just there”.
Another said; “@gtbank what is the issue with your network especially on the app? Please fix it”.
One user also said; “@gtbank you almost made me wash plate yesterday, thank God I had small cash with me”.
