Celebrated gospel singer Mercy Chinwo and her husband, Pastor Blessed Uzochikwa, have joyfully announced the arrival of their second child.
The award-winning artiste shared the news with her fans on August 15, 2025, via Instagram, posting a series of glowing maternity photos featuring her husband and her baby bump. The images radiated warmth, love, and gratitude as the couple embraced this new chapter in their lives.
In an emotional caption, Mercy praised God for the blessing of their growing family:
“The Lord has done it again! He has added to our joy, multiplied our laughter, and blessed us with the precious gift of a second baby. We declare: His name will be lifted in our lineage forever. She also took a moment to celebrate her husband, describing him as an “amazing father of TWO” and thanking God for His continuous goodness.
Mercy Chinwo and Blessed Uzochikwa’s love story began publicly in June 2022 when they got engaged. Just two months later, in August 2022, they tied the knot in Rivers State in a grand ceremony attended by high-profile personalities, including Banky W and Waje.
The couple welcomed their first child, a baby boy, in 2023. Now, with the arrival of their second bundle of joy, their home is filled with even more love, laughter, and gratitude.
