Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu welcomed Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, to Lagos on her first official visit.

Today, at the State House in Alausa, Ikeja, the First Lady will distribute empowerment items to more than 1,000 women.
This initiative aims to provide practical support and hope to those in need. She will also inaugurate the Lagos Industrial Leather Hub in Matori, Mushin, which stands as the largest facility of its kind in West Africa.
Governor Sanwo-Olu urged all Lagos residents to extend a warm welcome to Her Excellency, emphasizing the city’s renowned spirit of hospitality.
He praised her dedication to improving the welfare of women, children, and families across Nigeria.
The visit underscores shared values between Lagos and the First Lady’s efforts, including unity, inclusion, and development that benefits everyone.
