Several fans of Nigerian street-pop sensation, Seyi Vibez, have tragically lost their lives in a fatal road accident while returning from his concert on Saturday night at TBS, Lagos Island.
According to eyewitness reports, the horrific incident occurred on Third Mainland and involved more than four vehicles. The victims were said to have engaged in reckless driving shortly after leaving the concert venue.
An eyewitness identified as @alli_ya7 shared a video of the aftermath on X, narrating how the accident unfolded.
She wrote:
“They left the show and started racing on the express, trying to overtake other cars. Why race on the highway? May their souls rest in peace. SPEED KILLS.”
The tragic loss has sparked a wave of grief and concern online, with many fans urging young concert-goers to avoid dangerous road practices after shows.
