Twitch streamer Darryl “DDG” Granberry Jr. was unbanned from Twitch following a brief hour-long suspension.
The ban, which occurred during a live reaction to Ibai’s La Velada del Año V event, was attributed to restreaming the event, violating Twitch’s terms of service.
Posts on X captured the moment DDG received the unban call. “You are unbanned”, the lady said on the call.
“Really”, DDG replied.
Neither Twitch nor DDG has released an official statement clarifying the exact duration or resolution process, but the incident has reignited debates about Twitch’s moderation consistency.
