A 25-year-old Chicago woman is in custody for allegedly shooting into a vehicle last fall.
Authorities arrested Andriana Wicker on January 9, 2026, in the 1900 block of South Sawyer Avenue.
The Chicago Police Department worked with the U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Regional Task Force to locate her.
Police identified Wicker as the person who opened fire on a vehicle on November 27, 2025.
The shooting took place in the same block where Wicker was eventually arrested.
Inside the targeted vehicle were two women, aged 29 and 25.
Wicker now faces one felony count of first-degree attempted murder.
She also faces four felony counts of aggravated discharge of a firearm into an occupied vehicle.
The 25-year-old was scheduled for a detention hearing on January 11, 2026.
The hearing will take place at the courthouse located at 2600 South California Avenue.
Police have not released further details regarding a motive or the condition of the victims.
