The Chicago Police Department has issued an urgent alert for a missing 15-year-old girl last seen on the city’s West Side.
Cheydima Valentina Jasper Berris was last spotted on January 6, 2026.
She was seen leaving the 3700 block of West Polk Street.
Cheydima is described as a Hispanic female, 5’02” tall, and weighing 110 pounds.
She has a light complexion, brown eyes, and black hair.
Authorities noted she has a distinct piercing in her tongue.
At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing all-black clothing and carrying a black purse.
Detectives from Area 4 are leading the investigation into her whereabouts.
