Chicago police are searching for a driver who struck two young girls and fled the scene in West Englewood.
The hit-and-run crash happened Friday morning on the city’s South Side.
Officers responded to the 1700 block of West 69th Street just before 7:45 a.m.

Two girls, ages 6 and 15, were using a crosswalk when a white SUV hit them.
The driver did not stop to help the children.
Emergency responders rushed both victims to Comer Children’s Hospital.
The 6-year-old girl is currently in critical condition.
The 15-year-old girl is listed in serious condition.
On Saturday, investigators identified the suspect vehicle.
Police are looking for a white and black 2010 Lincoln MKT.
The SUV carries Illinois license plate FS73498.
Detectives say the vehicle likely has fresh damage on the front, hood, or windshield.
A specific detail to watch for is a sticker on the left side of the rear window.
The CPD Major Accidents Unit is leading the investigation.
