Hollywood actor Raymond Cruz, best known for his role as Tuco Salamanca in the hit TV series Breaking Bad and its spin-off Better Call Saul, has been arrested in Los Angeles on suspicion of misdemeanor battery.
According to reports, the 63-year-old actor was taken into custody on September 8, 2025, following an incident that occurred while he was washing his car. Cruz allegedly sprayed water from a hose, which hit a van and a teenage girl nearby. The situation escalated and resulted in his arrest.
Authorities confirmed that the actor was detained for five hours before being released. He is expected to appear in court on October 1, 2025, where the case will be heard.
However, Cruz’s representative has strongly denied the accusations, insisting that the water spray was accidental and not intended to cause harm.
