Nollywood actor, Bolanle Ninalowo, has openly declared that he is proud of his decision to separate from his wife, Bunmi, putting to rest speculations surrounding his marriage.
The movie star, who first announced his split in September 2023, took to social media to dismiss a circulating post that suggested he had apologised for past mistakes, including infidelity and neglect. The post, credited to him, was shared by popular influencer and blogger Yeye_kudi_courtroom, sparking widespread reactions online.
Unimpressed, Ninalowo slammed the claim, describing it as “nonsense” and launched a scathing attack on the blogger.
“You must be a mad human to post this nonsense! Very unintelligent and uneducated woman. Get the fuck off my case and focus on your cartoon existence. I have been separated and divorced since September 2023 & proudly bold of it,” he wrote.
The actor and his ex-wife, Bunmi, tied the knot in 2007 and share two children together Aaliyah and Morakinyo. Their relationship has been rocky over the years, with a first separation in 2019 following infidelity allegations, before reconciling in 2021. However, their reunion was short-lived, leading to the final divorce in 2023.
By affirming that he is “proud” of his decision, Ninalowo has signaled that he is moving forward with confidence, despite the scrutiny of public opinion.
