Nollywood actress, Uche Montana, has publicly addressed the drug-related allegations levelled against her by billionaire politician and businessman, Senator Ned Nwoko, amid his ongoing clash with his estranged wife, actress Regina Daniels.
In Nwoko’s earlier statement, he accused some of Regina’s friends, including actress Uche Montana, of supplying her with drugs even while she was undergoing rehabilitation. The claim immediately sparked backlash online, with many demanding a response from Montana.
Taking to her Instagram page on Sunday, the actress broke her silence, stating that she had no involvement whatsoever in the ongoing controversy. She described the viral claims as false and made it clear that her name should not be dragged into the couple’s marital dispute.
She wrote:
“I wasn’t going to say anything, but I feel it’s important to clear the air. My attention has been drawn to a circulating post that appears to link my name to certain claims. For clarity, I have no involvement or connection to the situation described. This note is simply to set the record straight and protect my peace.”
Her statement comes as the ongoing drama between Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko continues to dominate social media conversations, with fresh allegations surfacing daily.
Fans and colleagues have since flooded Montana’s comment section with words of support, urging her to stay strong and ignore the noise surrounding the matter.
The unfolding saga has taken multiple twists in recent days, drawing in not just family members but also close associates of the embattled couple.
