A magistrate court in Abuja has fixed November 26, 2025, for the commencement of the trial involving popular Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck, who was accused of assaulting fellow singer Levi Ogbogiri, popularly known as Kraziecent.
Kraziecent had filed a lawsuit against Odumodublvck, alleging that the “Declan Rice” crooner violently attacked and battered him at a public event on December 16, 2024, without any provocation.
According to court documents, the incident occurred while Kraziecent was taking pictures and recording videos of himself at the event. He claimed that Odumodublvck suddenly confronted and physically assaulted him, causing bodily harm and damaging his iPhone 15 Pro Max in the process.
The suit, filed by Kraziecent’s counsel Uchenna Ojembe, seeks compensation for reputational damage, emotional distress, and public humiliation allegedly caused by the altercation.
During the hearing on Monday, counsel to the claimant, Ojembe, informed the presiding judge Adeyemi Ajayi that the defendant had yet to file a formal response despite being duly served.
“The hearing may not commence because the defendant’s counsel, Sheriff Bello, has not responded,” Ojembe told the court. “We, however, pray the court for a date.”
In response, Odumodublvck’s lawyer, Sheriff Bello, requested an adjournment, stating that he needed more time to prepare his defense and “put his house in order.”
Justice Ajayi subsequently adjourned the matter to November 26, 2025, for proper hearing.
The case has since generated buzz on social media, with fans of both artists weighing in on the ongoing feud.
While Odumodublvck has yet to issue a public statement on the matter, Kraziecent maintains that he only seeks justice for what he describes as “an unprovoked and humiliating attack.”
