Former Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate, Bright Morgan, has revealed a shocking twist behind his eviction from the reality TV show.
According to him, his American girlfriend, whom he has never met in person, attempted to sabotage his journey in Biggie’s house by calling the show’s organisers to raise false concerns about his health.
Speaking in his post-eviction interview on Tuesday, Morgan disclosed that the organisers had reached out to his family to verify the claims after the woman insisted he was battling a medical challenge that warranted his removal from the show.
“My American girlfriend called the organisers to evict me from the show that I have a health challenge. So the organisers then had to confirm from my family members because I dropped my family members’ phone numbers,” he explained.
Morgan added that the production team contacted his brother, who immediately debunked the health scare.
“They contacted my brother if it was true and they said there’s nothing like that. I mean if I ever had a problem, I would voluntarily exit the show. She wasn’t here in Nigeria, but she placed calls,” he said.
The ex-housemate further surprised fans by revealing that he has never met the woman face-to-face. Their relationship, he explained, only started a few months ago and had been entirely online.
Although Bright Morgan’s eviction has left many fans disappointed, his revelation about his long-distance romance and the attempted interference has sparked mixed reactions on social media, with many debating the risks of online relationships and outside influence on the show.
