Court has ordered that a DNA test be done on Liam Aloba, the two-year old son of late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba popularly known as Mohbad.
The order was made on Tuesday by a Magistrate Court in Ikorodu, Lagos.
It can be recalled that Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba had earlier filed an application for the DNA to be carried out and Magistrate Adefisoye Sonuga delivered his judgment based on that.
Omowunmi Cynthia Aloba, Mohbad’s widow was listed as the respondent in the suit.
According to the order by Magistrate Sonuga, two DNA tests will be conducted: one will be done in Nigeria and the second one will be done outside the country.
Both tests will be carried out in accredited and recognized hospitals, with both parties or their representatives present when the samples are collected.
The case was adjourned to November 11.
