“I don’t know what I am looking for, but I feel it when I find it. This is a dangerous place to be in life (mentally, emotionally, and even spiritually). It’s not a healthy state of mind, even though it seems to work for some people,” she wrote, reflecting on the emotional toll of uncertainty.
