“I’m Not Broke!” – Justin Bieber Slams ‘Clickbait Stupidity’ Over Financial Rumors

Justin Bieber has shut down recent reports suggesting he is facing financial troubles, labeling the claims as baseless and driven by bitterness.

The 31-year-old pop star, through a statement released by his team on Wednesday, blasted the rumors as “clickbait stupidity.” The reports surfaced following an article by The Hollywood Reporter, which quoted a former member of Bieber’s team who alleged the singer was millions of dollars in debt.

Bieber’s team, however, dismissed the story as a fabrication fueled by disgruntled ex-associates. “This is just clickbait stupidity based on unnamed and clearly ill-informed ‘sources,’ disappointed that they no longer work with Justin Bieber,” the statement read. “As Justin forges his own way forward, these unnecessary stories and inaccurate assumptions will continue. But they won’t deter him from staying committed to following the right path.”

The controversy comes in the wake of the indefinite cancellation of Bieber’s Justice World Tour, which has faced several setbacks over the years. Originally slated to kick off in 2020, the tour was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and later postponed again in 2022 after Bieber was diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome; a rare neurological condition that caused partial facial paralysis.

In March 2023, the singer officially pulled the plug on the tour, citing health concerns. Despite the disappointment among fans, Bieber’s focus has remained on recovery and redefining his personal and professional life.

While the rumors continue to swirl, Bieber’s camp is making it clear that the singer is far from broke and very much in control of his narrative. His latest clapback is a strong reminder that not all that trends is truth.
