Afrobeats star Kizz Daniel has drawn a line in the sand when it comes to fans constantly asking him for money on social media.

The Nigerian singer, known for his generosity and frequent cash giveaways on X (formerly Twitter), recently voiced his frustration over the growing trend of fans flooding his page with requests for financial help. According to him, the pressure to constantly assist fans anytime he comes online has become overwhelming.

Taking to his X handle, the “Buga” crooner pleaded with his loyal fanbase, known as the Vaddicts, to ease up on the money talk whenever he’s online. He expressed that his intention is to connect, vibe, and engage with fans, not to be treated like an ATM.

“Vaddicts, make una stop all this money thing each time I’m online,” he wrote. “Shey we no fit just vibe ni?! Even if God wan use me bless person, it will be in private, not public. Not anymore.”

Kizz Daniel’s post has since sparked conversations online, with many fans reacting with mixed feelings. While some supporters praised him for setting boundaries, others felt disappointed, saying they were only seeking help from someone they admired and looked up to.

This isn’t the first time a celebrity has addressed the emotional and financial burden that comes with public expectations of constant giving. Kizz Daniel, who has maintained a strong connection with his fans over the years, made it clear that any act of kindness going forward will be done privately and without public fanfare.

His decision marks a shift in how he chooses to interact with his fanbase, emphasizing genuine vibes over constant financial requests.
