A Sunday afternoon shooting in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood left three men injured right outside the well-known St. Sabina Church.
The incident occurred at approximately 4:11 p.m. in the 1200 block of West 78th Place.
According to the Chicago Police, three men, ages 30, 33, and 38, were standing near the sidewalk when a gunman opened fire.
Emergency responders transported all three victims to local hospitals.
Police confirmed that each man suffered a single gunshot wound.
Fortunately, all three were listed in stable condition upon arrival.
As of Monday morning, no suspects are in custody.
The shooter fled the scene immediately after the attack.
Detectives are currently reviewing area surveillance footage and interviewing witnesses to identify the gunman.
