Tanzanian music superstar, Naseeb Abdul Juma Issack, popularly known as Diamond Platnumz, has made a startling revelation about his fatherhood journey, admitting that DNA test results have shown some of his children are not biologically his.
The award-winning Bongo Flava sensation, known for his chart-topping hits and high-profile relationships, opened up during a candid conversation on the Way Up podcast, where he discussed his relationship with his baby mamas and his approach to parenting.
According to Diamond Platnumz, he discovered the truth after conducting a DNA test in Tanzania.
“First of all, I know I have kids. I also know that some are not my kids. But I don’t want to argue with the mothers because I can take care of all of them. The kids are like 6 but like I said I would do everything to take care of them.”
When asked, “how did you find out?”, Platnumz replied:
“I did one DNA in Tanzania. All my baby mamas love me because I’m good to them. Sometimes their men get mad at them thinking we still have something.”
Despite the shocking discovery, the singer maintained that he has no intention of abandoning any of the children he has been raising, stressing that his commitment to them goes beyond biological ties.
Diamond Platnumz, who is one of East Africa’s most influential artists, has been linked to several high-profile relationships and is a father figure to multiple children from different women. His confession has since stirred conversations on social media about paternity, relationships, and responsibility.
