Popular Nigerian actor, content creator, and social justice advocate, Adebowale Adedayo, better known by his stage name Mr Macaroni, has reached a new milestone in his creative journey. The beloved skit maker recently announced his graduation from the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London, England.
Taking to his official X handle on Tuesday, Mr Macaroni shared his excitement with fans, revealing that he completed an Advanced Acting For Camera Course at the globally acclaimed drama institution. Alongside a proud photo of himself standing in front of the school’s auditorium, he wrote:
“I am excited to complete the Advanced Acting For Camera Course at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.”
The announcement quickly sparked a wave of congratulations from fans, fellow entertainers, and industry colleagues who flooded the comment section with messages of support and admiration.
This achievement adds yet another layer to Mr Macaroni’s growing profile, not just as a comedian and activist, but also as a trained, versatile actor who continues to push the boundaries of his craft.
Before his recent training in London, Mr Macaroni had already laid a solid foundation in the performing arts. He earned a degree in Theatre Arts and Film Studies from Redeemer’s University in 2018. This came after an earlier academic pursuit in law at Houdegbe North American University in Cotonou, Benin Republic, which he eventually abandoned to follow his true passion; performance and storytelling.
Known for his viral “You are doing well!” skits, Mr Macaroni has won over millions of fans with his humorous yet socially conscious content. His latest academic step shows his commitment to evolving as a performer and storyteller in both comedic and dramatic spaces.
As his platform continues to grow, many are now looking forward to seeing how this new training will influence his acting style, whether in film, television, or more serious dramatic roles. For Mr Macaroni, it’s clear that the learning never stops, and the best may be yet to come.
