Authorities arrested a man early this morning for vandalizing and stealing wire mesh from the fence at Peace Park in Ojota.
The suspect, Hammed Abdulkareem, was caught around 5 a.m. while committing the act.
Tokunbo Wahab, the Lagos State Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, shared the news on his X account.
He stated that officials took Abdulkareem to the KAI office for processing and prosecution. KAI, or Kick Against Indiscipline, handles such enforcement in the state.
