Reality TV star and disc jockey, Tolanibaj, has revealed that she is ready to leave the party scene behind and embrace a more settled phase of her life; marriage.
The 31-year-old Big Brother Naija alum made the revelation in a candid video shared on her Snapchat, where she spoke about her changing lifestyle and newfound desire for stability.
According to Tolanibaj, clubbing and nightlife no longer excite her the way they once did, admitting that she has been forcing herself to enjoy it despite feeling unfulfilled.
“I need to start being honest with myself. I no longer enjoy clubbing,” she confessed. “I keep forcing it because I want to feel some kind of excitement, but honestly, I’m tired. I don’t want to be outside anymore. What am I looking for outside if I have a partner? We can be outside together — maybe travelling.”
The disc jockey added that she’s reached a point in her life where pretending to have fun no longer feels right.
“I’m done clubbing. I don’t feel like pretending to be having fun in the club anymore. I think it’s time to get married,” she said.
However, Tolanibaj admitted that while she desires marriage, the thought of commitment still scares her.
“Marriage is a scary commitment,” she noted. “Sometimes, I even wonder if I’ll still like it after a few months.”
Her confession has since sparked reactions among fans, with many applauding her self-awareness and readiness to evolve, while others teased that she might just be in her “soft girl era.”
Tolanibaj, who rose to fame after participating in Big Brother Naija Season 5 (Lockdown Edition), has since carved a niche for herself as a media personality, DJ, and influencer. Known for her outspoken nature, she continues to make headlines for her bold takes on relationships and lifestyle choices.
