This backlash comes despite Davido’s collaboration on her hit song that catapulted her to fame.

Back in 2020, Enisa secured a collaboration with Nigerian superstar Davido, who agreed to feature on the remix of her single “Love Cycle.”

The idea for the collaboration was sparked by a suggestion from American rapper A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie after Enisa asked her fans who they wanted on the remix.

Davido responded to the tweet with, “Let’s do it.”

Nigerians showed their support by streaming her song in large numbers and even gave her the Yoruba name “Eniola,” which Enisa embraced warmly.

However, recent reports indicate that many Nigerian fans are now unfollowing her after she unfollowed Davido and others who helped elevate her career.
