The Dangote Group has assured Reality TV star, Phyna of its commitment to supporting her younger sister’s medical treatment after she was involved in a tragic accident with one of the company’s trucks.
The former Big Brother Naija winner, Phyna, earlier gave fans and well-wishers an important update regarding her younger sister’s medical condition following a tragic road accident involving a Dangote Group truck.
On August 13, 2025, Phyna’s sister, Ruth, was struck by one of the company’s trucks in an incident that led to the amputation of her left leg. The heartbreaking situation quickly gained public attention, with many Nigerians rallying behind the reality TV star as she sought justice and medical support for her sibling.
In a recent Instagram post, Phyna shared a screenshot of a message from representatives of the Dangote Group, assuring her family of the company’s commitment to assisting with Ruth’s treatment.
The message read: “We are happy your Family are also liaising with the Medical team handling Ruth. Please note that we are ready to positively consider all options necessary for treatment of Ruth as soon as she is certified fit to travel.”
Expressing gratitude for the public’s support, Phyna added in her caption: “Thank you to everyone that lend their voice. We pray they keep to it. We will not forget to update you all my helpers.”
