The buzz surrounding National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation Redux has been officially debunked as fake.
The trending news claiming a reunion film featuring Chevy Chase and Beverly D’Angelo reprising their roles as the Griswolds is entirely false.

The poster circulating online describes a plot where the Griswolds, now retired, attempt to enjoy their first quiet Christmas, only for chaos to ensue when the whole family unexpectedly shows up.
It also falsely claims the movie will stream on Amazon Prime Video this December.
Despite the excitement generated by the idea of a sequel to the holiday classic, no such film is in the works.
