Big Brother Naija Season 10 finalist, Jason Jae, has spoken candidly about his controversial relationship with fellow ex-housemate Joanna, revealing that their connection was nothing more than a one-night affair.
In a recent post-show interview with host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Jason sought to clear the air on the much-discussed “love triangle” involving himself, Joanna, and another housemate, Sultana. The reality star maintained that his bond with Joanna was purely casual and limited to a single intimate encounter.
“There is nothing between me and Joanna,” Jason said. “Joanna was just a one-time moment. We were party partners, we danced a lot at the parties — and that’s where it ended. But that one moment under the duvet [laughs], that was it.”
His revelation appears to contradict Joanna’s earlier statement during her media rounds, where she claimed that nothing intimate happened between them on the night in question. According to her, Jason only came to her bed to console her after her close friend Thelma was evicted from the show.
Joanna had explained that Jason comforted her with hugs and a goodnight peck, insisting that their closeness was innocent. However, Jason’s latest comments suggest that “more than pecks and cuddles” might have occurred under the duvet, reigniting social media debates among fans who followed their in-house chemistry.
