Big Brother Naija Season 10 is heating up with unexpected twists, and housemate Faith has now sparked fresh conversations after openly admitting he may leave the show voluntarily.
Faith, who is a medical doctor outside the house, made the shocking revelation during a late-night conversation with fellow housemate Joanna in the garden on Friday. The reality star, visibly frustrated, described his time on the show as unproductive and mentally draining.
“I want to see a therapist because I want to f**king leave. This is a waste of my time. What am I doing here? I know you don’t believe me, but I’m seriously considering it,” he confessed.
Faith went further to reveal that he had researched the show before joining and believes there is a minimum time frame contestants should stay to stand a chance of building a career afterward.
“I read about this show, the average time you need to spend on the show to actually make a career is five and a half weeks,” he explained.
So far, Faith has spent five weeks in the Big Brother house. His position became even more intriguing when he was initially placed on the eviction list this week. However, he was spared after Head of House Rooboy pulled a game-changing note during the Live Eviction Nomination Show. The note, which read “Nullify nominations,” led Big Brother to cancel all evictions for Week 5.
This reprieve means Faith has at least another week before facing possible eviction again. Still, according to Big Brother’s rules, contestants are free to take a voluntary exit if they choose, a path Faith is strongly considering.
As the drama unfolds, all eyes will be on whether Faith will indeed follow through with his threat to quit or stay on for another round of the BBNaija experience.
