Billionaire politician Ned Nwoko has once again found himself at the center of public conversation after a viral video showed him asking a young woman her age during a recent event, a moment that has since stirred mixed reactions online.
In the clip, shared on Instagram, Nwoko is seen addressing the audience before walking up to a lady and asking pointedly:
“How old are you? Tell me the truth.”
The incident comes at a tense time for the Delta-born politician, whose marital crisis with his estranged wife, Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, has dominated headlines for weeks.
Ned Nwoko recently made news after Regina Daniels’ brother, Sammy West, was arrested and later released on a ₦5 million bail. The arrest sparked outrage online, with many accusing the politician of weaponizing his influence amid the ongoing marital conflict.
Regina Daniels has also intensified her allegations. In a lengthy and emotional Instagram post, the actress accused her husband of attempting to destroy her reputation both publicly and privately.
She claimed that Nwoko held her “hostage” since she was 17 and is now trying to take custody of their two children through what she described as a fake drug report.
One of the most shocking claims made by the actress was that Ned Nwoko allegedly introduced her to hard drugs.
“I damaged myself by saying I took drugs. You are trying to accumulate nonsense. You introduced me to the drug ecstasy (molly) just to satisfy you,” Regina wrote.
She further stated that Nwoko is attempting to prove she is unfit as a mother by presenting manipulated drug tests.
